Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you make bookings with us or our affiliates. You must not make any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions

References to “us”, “we” and/or “our” in these booking terms and conditions shall mean Payless Travel International Pty Ltd. “You” refers to customer.

These terms and conditions apply to bookings you make with our consultants / online bookings you make on our website.

We will rely on the authority of the person making the booking to act on behalf of any other traveller on the booking and that person will bind all such travellers to these terms and conditions.



Products and services provided by our affiliates, suppliers and preferred business partners on Payless Travel website are optional and discretionary on your part . Therefore we accept no liability for any problems that may arise between them and you. so you agree to resolve any problems directly with affiliate.



Prices/Taxes shown on our website for all products and services are subject to change without any notice. Please read the rules and conditions of your specific product carefully as its your responsibility to understand them before confirming and paying.



After your payment has been fully received and processed and acknowledged your reservation would be finalized and you would be informed. Credit card payments are subject to 2 % fee on standard MasterCard, Visa card and 3.9% on American express. You also agree not to charge back this payment on your credit card directly or indirectly.

Tickets will only be issued after funds have been cleared.

You can also make payments in person by Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card or Bank Cheque in our office in Burwood.



Once all the details have been confirmed by you prior to payment, and after the settlement of funds you have realized mistakes in Travel Dates, Stopovers and Destinations (Travelling Air Ports) we take no responsibility for any loss or inconvenience on your part, nor do we take responsibility for any such mistakes. Airlines and all Travel Suppliers have set fees and penalties for all changes after issuance of tickets/vouches. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided is accurate according to your travel plans.


This is customer sole responsibility to cancel all duplicate bookings.



Please contact directly with the relevant authorities and discuss your visa and passport needs as we do not provide any advice or assistance on these matters. Time of Travel must have valid passport up to the validity of destination country/countries immigration rules for all travellers.



In case of medical emergencies usually airlines, hotels, car hire, tour operator companies and all other unlisted travel service providers do not waive their changes / cancellation fees. Fees could be up to 100% of total price.

All travel is subject to possible uncertainties. Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any possible hazards which may include:

  • Medical emergencies.
  • Loss of personal assets, cash, credit card, passports,
  • Time delays, travel date changes due to illness,

and many more unseen situations which may be covered by the insurance provider.


Date change and Flight cancellations

In case of flight cancellations there is very limited time to rebook. That is your responsibility to contact us with ticket validity told by us. After certain days your booking may forfeit and you may lose your money up to 100%.



Subject to your refund and remedy rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Booking/cancellations will incur charges as not all fares can be refunded. Majority of airfares and travel services are nonrefundable and non-changeable, although many do allow amendments to be made. The following changes and cancellation fees apply to all bookings (including online bookings and bookings made with our consultant):

  • Changes to Domestic/Trans-Tasman bookings will incur a fee of $30 per passenger per booking in addition to supplier fees.
  • Cancellations to Domestic/Trans-Tasman bookings will incur a fee of $50 per passenger per booking in addition to supplier fees.
  • Changes to International bookings (excluding Trans-Tasman bookings) will incur a fee of $75 per passenger per booking in addition to supplier fees.
  • Cancellations to International bookings (excluding Trans-Tasman bookings) will incur a fee of $300 per passenger per booking in addition to supplier fees.



Cancelled bookings may also incur supplier fees, which can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced.  Supplier fees may also apply where a booking is changed and when tickets or documents are re-issued. Where we incur any liability for a supplier cancellation fee for any booking which you change or cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee.  Where you seek a refund for a cancelled booking for which payment has been made to the supplier, we will not provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from that supplier.


Changes & Reissue will only be processed when you will send the request in writing.


To the extent permitted by law, neither Payless Travel International Pty Ltd nor any of its related bodies corporate, directors, employees or agents accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control,


If any dispute arises between you and us, the laws of Australia will apply. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia, and waive any right that you may have to object to an action being brought in those courts.


CIBT Visa is our preferred visa services provider. Payless Travel takes no responsibility for the accuracy of information.


No liability is accepted by us for any of our suppliers of services and products and you agree to resolve any issues where possible directly with the suppliers. Once the payment has been made you agree you will not apply directly or indirectly for a charge back on your credit card fees. You agree that all your complaints will be dealt with through the department of fair trading in Sydney NSW and that their decision will be accepted by you.

  • make any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand;
  • access, monitor or copy any content or information of this Website using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without our express written permission;
  • violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on this Website or bypass or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to this Website;
  • take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
  • deep-link to any portion of this Website (including, without limitation, the purchase path for any travel services) for any purpose without our express written permission;
  • 'frame', 'mirror' or otherwise incorporate any part of this Website into any other website without our prior written authorization.
  • The content and information on this Website (including, but not limited to, price and availability of travel services), as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is proprietary to us or our suppliers and providers. While you may make limited copies of your travel itinerary (and related documents) for travel or services booked through this Website, you agree not to otherwise modify copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through this Website. Additionally, you agree not to:

If your booking or account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, we may cancel any bookings associated with your name, email address, or account, and close any associated accounts. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to take any necessary legal action and you may be liable for monetary losses to, including litigation costs and damages. To contest the cancellation of a booking or freezing or closure of an account, please contact us Customer Service.



We value your privacy and are committed to safeguard it as much as is practical within our systems. we will only use your personal information for ticketing purposes. We may use your personal contact details (email address and phone number) to send you our specials.


You acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older and that you understand and agree with the above Booking Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
