Sometimes, things don’t go as planned. That’s why we believe it’s worth taking out Travel Insurance. You can have peace of mind and just enjoy the fun stuff! Travel Insurance covers a range of adventure activities such as surfing, bungee jumping, skiing, white water rafting, caving, and scuba diving, plus more, in most destinations you are likely to visit.
Comprehensive Travel policy includes all the usual benefits to ensure cover is provided for those unexpected moments. Cover includes cancellation, luggage, overseas emergency medical/repatriation and personal liability cover and many more benefits.
Annual Multi Journey
Annual Multi-Trip Plan — a 12 month policy allowing for an unlimited number of trips within a 12 month period (a range of maximum trip lengths apply).
Our Essentials policy is very similar to the Comprehensive policy, only the benefit limits are at a lower value. This is great for you, as you can still have travel insurance cover, with slightly less coverage and a lower price point to fit your budget. Be sure to the read the Product Disclosure Statement to see if the benefit limits meet you travel insurance cover needs.
On a budget? We’re glad you have decided to at least get a little cover for your trip! Budget policy includes the basic medical essentials and other common things that happen when travelling, such as those frustrating travel delays, lost luggage or travel documents. Basic cover is better than being stuck with large medical bills or stranded in an airport overseas.
Having a Pre-Existing Medical Condition?
Travel insurance only provides cover for emergency overseas medical events that are unforeseen. Medical conditions that were pre-existing at or before the time of the policy being issued are not covered, unless they are a condition that we expressly agree to cover.
If you think you have a Pre-existing Medical Condition then and would like cover for that condition, or you have any questions about Pre-existing Medical Conditions, please contact Payless Travel 02 9744 6364
Please see the Product Disclosure Statement for more information.
Non Australian Residence
For non-resident of Australia you can get cover under our Basic Cover policy. Please read the Non Resident Plan Product Disclosure Statement to see if the benefit limits meet you travel insurance cover needs.
Travel On Cruise Liners
Travellers on domestic cruises in Australian waters may purchase Plan A Economy to ensure cover is available for medical transfer or evacuation if you need to be transported to nearest Hospital for emergency medical treatment.
